I repented from sexual sin but I still feel permanently dirty
Repentance is not supposed to leave you believing Allah's mercy applies to everyone except you.
In short
If your tawbah is sincere, keep moving toward Allah instead of endlessly reopening the sin to punish yourself. Regret has a purpose when it leads to change. Permanent self-hatred does not. Protect yourself from the old path, keep doing good and do not expose past sins unnecessarily.
What Islam gives us here
Qur'an 39:53 tells those who have wronged themselves not to despair of Allah's mercy.
Qur'an 25:70 describes repentance, faith and good deeds and says Allah can replace evil deeds with good.
Knowing you sinned can make you humble. Deciding you are beyond forgiveness is a different claim.
Stop mentally replaying what Allah told you to leave
Some people confess the sin to themselves every day long after they have changed. That can keep the identity alive even when the behaviour is gone.
Build a life that supports the repentance
Change the relationships, apps, places and habits that helped the old pattern grow. Good deeds and better company make repentance practical.

Keep making sincere tawbah without turning it into self-punishment.
Cut off the routes that led you back to the sin.
Increase good deeds and healthy company.
Do not reveal old sins unless a current consequence creates a genuine need for advice.
