VidNikah organises the bride, groom, wali, witnesses, Mahr, preparation checks, imam review, live ceremony stages, signatures and Islamic certificate record within one structured process.
Islamic ceremony, not automatic civil registration
A VidNikah Islamic certificate records the Islamic ceremony carried out through the service. It should not be represented as a civil marriage certificate unless the separate civil-law requirements that apply to the couple have independently been satisfied.
Each participant checks their own local requirements
People can join from different countries. Each participant is responsible for checking the rules that apply to them in the country or jurisdiction where they are located, including any civil registration or recognition requirements they want to rely on.
Religious judgement is not delegated to a calculator or AI
Free tools can organise practical information, and guidance articles can explain general Islamic principles. Where a case needs religious judgement, recognised fiqh differences matter or the facts could change the ruling, the case should be reviewed by a qualified person rather than decided automatically.
Participants must give accurate information
The Nikah process depends on the identities, roles and information supplied by the people taking part. Participants should not knowingly provide false details, impersonate another person, misuse an invitation or hide information that is relevant to whether the Nikah can proceed.
The imam can pause the process
If consent is unclear, a participant cannot be identified, the wali arrangement needs review, a previous marriage or waiting period is unresolved, the connection prevents proper witnessing, or another serious concern appears, the ceremony can be paused rather than rushed through.
Final booking terms
Before a public customer is asked to pay for or confirm a production booking, VidNikah will present the customer terms that apply to that booking, including payment, cancellation, rescheduling and service-specific provisions.
