Discuss conditions before the ceremony

A live Nikah is a poor time to discover that the couple understand an important condition differently. VidNikah collects proposed conditions during preparation and flags them for imam review where necessary.

Do not promise enforceability automatically

An Islamic contractual condition and a condition enforceable under local civil law are not automatically the same thing. VidNikah documents the Islamic ceremony; participants should obtain separate advice for civil-law enforceability where needed.
