I feel like Allah is punishing me because I am still single

A delayed marriage is not a reliable way to read Allah's judgement about you.

In short

Do not turn being single into a verdict from Allah that He has not given you. Marriage, delay, ease and difficulty are all tests in different ways. Keep repenting from real sins, take sensible means toward marriage and make dua, but do not assume every rejection is punishment or every married person is more favoured.

What Islam gives us here

Qur'an 2:216 reminds believers that they may dislike something while Allah knows what they do not.

Qur'an 65:2-3 teaches that Allah makes a way out for those who are mindful of Him and provides from where they do not expect.

We cannot read the unseen from one outcome

A person can be married and deeply tested. Another can be single and close to Allah. Circumstances alone do not reveal rank with Allah.

Repent because sin is wrong, not because you are bargaining

Tawbah is always good. But do not think 'if I become perfect, Allah must give me a spouse by a certain date'.

Keep hope practical

Make dua, improve your process, widen introductions and keep living a meaningful life while you wait.

What you can do now

  1. Stop treating each rejection as a spiritual verdict.
  2. Make tawbah for what you actually need to repent from.
  3. Keep one or two practical routes to marriage active.
  4. Build worship and purpose that are not dependent on marital status.

Questions people usually ask next

Can sins delay good things?

Sin can have consequences, but you cannot confidently label a specific delay as punishment without evidence.

Why does Allah give marriage to people who seem less religious?

Worldly outcomes are not simple scorecards of piety. Every person's test is different.
